I love spring rolls. This time I ate chicken spring rolls with cabbage and carrot. It’s really delicious with sweat-sour chili sauce and homemade “Asian” cucumber salad.
To make this salad you just need couple ingredients:
– Alfalfa sprouts
– Spring onion
– Walnut oil (not really Asian style:))
– Squeezed lemon juice
– Salt with algae
You will make this salad in 2-3 minutes, it’s super easy!

It’s healthy and super tasty. Easy to do as well… That’s important when you’re at work, or busy at home.
Ingredients (for 1 person):
– 2 hands of field salad (known also as corn salad or Valerianella)
– 1 mozzarella
– 1/2 onion
– 1 orange paprika
– Fresh basil, couple leaves
– ca. 10cm cucumber
– 3tsp. sour crème, 10% fat
– 1tsp. extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper
Cut veggies, mozzarella, mix, top with sour crème and olive oil. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
It tastes delicious with a piece of bread.
