What I ate… Tuesday 6th of August 2013

Hi,

 

That’s my menu for Tuesday.

 

BREAKFAST:

Brown bread with butter, mozzarella cheese, apple butter (“Appelstroop”) and half package of cottage cheese; green tea.

SNACK:

Natural yoghurt with banana and muesli.

SECOND SNACK:

Plums.

DINNER:

Steak, macaroni with Hollandaise sauce and broccoli, with cooked white beans. A glass of milk.

SUPPER:

I did some shopping in Polish shop where I bought Silesian Potato Dumplings (“Kluski Śląskie”) filled with meat. Nothing can make you happier than a typical Polish dish:)
